User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and GDPR/Data Privacy Standards, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored with Tech Drive.

How to Remove Tech Drive App & Permissions via Facebook

If you logged in or connected with Tech Drive through your Facebook account, you can revoke access and remove your data permissions at any time:

  1. Log in to your Facebook profile on mobile or desktop.
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  3. Scroll to Permissions and click Apps and Websites.
  4. Find Tech Drive in the list of active apps.
  5. Click the Remove button.
  6. Check the option to delete your posts, videos, or events, and confirm by clicking Remove.

How to Request Permanent Deletion of Your Stored Data

If you wish to permanently erase your profile, order records, phone number, and address from Tech Drive databases, please submit a deletion request through any of the following channels:

Data Deletion Timeline & Confirmation

Upon receiving your data deletion request, Tech Drive will verify your identity and permanently delete your account profile, addresses, session credentials, and associated activity within 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your data has been completely erased.

Note regarding completed invoice records: Anonymized purchase records and warranty serial numbers required under Bangladeshi commercial tax laws and warranty fulfillment obligations may be retained in encrypted cold storage solely for legitimate audit compliance.
